Coverage includes all adjustments and repairs plus loss due to fire or theft oraccidental damage with no deductible subject to the following terms:1. An instrument that is totally destroyed by accidental damage or fire (ortheft provided a police report is filed within 24 hours of the discovery of thetheft) will be replaced by an instrument of comparable value.2. Cosmetic appearance such as scratches, minor dents and finish is normalwear and tear.3. Malicious damage is not covered.4. Accessories, including but not limited to mouthpieces, straps, reeds, oils,and drum sticks, are not covered.5. All repairs must be made by Music World to be covered by this policy.Attempts to repair instrument yourself or take the instrument to an outsidesource will void the coverage.6. Your account must be current in order to make a claim.

Rental agreement begins upon acquisition of instrument with minimum ofone month rental. Based upon renter’s compliance of conditions outlinedin this agreement, renter may use rental instrument for successive onemonth terms automatically renewable each month. All rental fees arenonrefundable. A late fee of $10.00 will be applied to all payments received15 days or more after the due date.
Renter is responsible for the maintenance and servicing, as well as any loss,damage or destruction of instrument covered by this Rental Agreement(beyond normal wear and tear.) Lessee is also responsible for alerting MusicWorld at once regarding problems with rental instrument. Renter may electto purchase loss and damage coverage by enrolling in our Loss and DamageProgram.
Should renter wish to terminate Rental Agreement, renter is responsiblefor returning said instrument to Music World in the same condition aswhen it was rented (normal wear and tear expected). Renter must pay allaccrued rental fees in full at the time of instrument return. Rental fees arenonrefundable and apply only toward rental of said instrument.
Should renter fail to make rental payments or breach the conditions ofRental Contract in any way, Music World reserves the right to demandreturn of said instrument via certified mail sent to the address providedon the contract or subsequent written notice of change. Failure to complywith such notice within 5 business days will subject the renter to civil and/or criminal penalties. Renter is responsible for any outstanding rental ordamage charges. If instrument is not returned, renter is responsible to paynet value of comparable new instrument.
Renter is responsible for alerting Music World within 10 days of any changesin billing address, phone number, credit card or school attendance.
Music World retains the title and right of possession for all rental instrumentsfor the entire period of the rental term. Said property may not be sold,mortgaged, pawned, defaced or disposed of by renter while bound by theterms of this Rental Agreement.
The instrument covered by this Rental Agreement may be exchanged forany other instrument during the rental term, based upon renter’s accountbeing current. When applicable, any difference in price categories betweeninstruments will be reflected in Rental Agreement as of the date of exchange.
1. 100% of the first 12 months of rent may be applied to the purchase of anynew instrument in the same group costing over $800
2. 100% of the first 3 months of rent may be applied to the purchase of any newinstrument in the same group costing $300-$800
3. 100% of the first month of rent may be applied to the purchase of any newinstrument in the same group costing less then $300
*The maximum allowance for guitars and amplifiers at any price is 3 months
**Rent credit cannot be combined with an other discounts.

Music World will not be responsible for bank fees imposed for overdrafts or exceeding card limits.
